New Beginning and the end.

Every new beginning starts with an end.

And that is where it stands. I am beginning a new blog that will go more along the lines of what I do and it definitely will be as entertaining and insightful as this one has been. I’ve always loved this blog but now it is time to end it and start a new beginning. As a personal trainer and a person who is about wellness I want to begin a blog that will embody that as well as spiritual growth just as this one has. So when that blog begins I will post the address to it on this one so that all who want to transfer over can do so with ease. I am excited about this change, it is bigger than it may seem but I am a person who thinks with a positive and loving mind state and I also think in a manner of success. So this will be the last of my Namaste blog and as it ends the whole purpose and point of this blog WILL live on in my spiritually fit blog. An enhancement and a growth has occurred within me and with that change has as well. I am going for my dreams in more full force than I ever have and I hope all that reads this does the same. You are doing yourself and this planet a disservice if you don’t so take the chance and get it done. God be with you, love is the way and just as I have always said, WE ALL ARE ONE!

See the bigger picture

“An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.”
Martin Luther King, Jr.

There was a forum going on about the recent gun violence which seems to plague our cities and suburbs in this country and this forum spoke about the new gun law that our president is trying to pass. I made a statement within that forum and within that statement I expressed that I felt the president had the right mind state and even though this new law isn’t going to solve all of these gun issues it is a change for the better and he is heading in the right direction with the idea. What I got after I posted my comment surprised me. People made comments like “he shouldn’t do that; he can’t take my guns from me” “why would he make it harder to buy guns, the people who are doing the killing aren’t getting the guns legal so why doesn’t he leave us alone”. I mean you can see what people were thinking about. They felt as if the president was somehow picking on them, that he wanted to take their guns away just for the sake of it and that he was delusional because he was trying to pass the new law. It’s crazy how people can’t seem to see pass themselves even when this country is going down a dark path in a lot (not all aspects but a lot because I do believe people are changing and becoming more loving in other aspects but that doesn’t excuse this) of aspects. They can’t see pass there wants for one moment and consider why he is passing this law. I have no issue with people having guns and nor does the president. I think people should be able to own guns if they want, some people just love the things, they have a true passion for guns and I don’t see anything wrong with this. But it’s when people go around hurting others with these weapons that the problem occurs. If one has a gun and that person has it in a legal manner no one is going to take it away. This is something that these people on this forum couldn’t seem to see. They simply began speaking in mean and nasty ways to me because I guess they felt that when I made the comment I was attacking them too. Well the fact of the matter is I don’t even know them so why would I do that? Why can’t some people see the bigger picture in the whole scheme of things and get pass their egos? Kids died, this is the part I can’t get pass and I would gladly be inconvenienced in any way if it meant that our youth would be a small bit safer than they are. This is the case because I can see pass me, I know that my ego is not all that exist, that I am part of something bigger and that I am that which is bigger. I know that the Love which lives in me lives in us all and that we are One. It’s not just about me it’s about the whole and I think Martin Luther King was thinking in this manner when he wrote the quote that is above my blog for tonight. If a single cell in our body only saw only itself and nothing else then it wouldn’t be able to function as it should. It would more than likely become cancerous and kill the whole body. But it does what it does because it knows that it is MORE than just a single cell. It is the BODY and it does what it needs to do to keep the body healthy, not just itself. If this means the cell needs to work harder or be inconvenienced for the sake of the body then it doesn’t mind that at all. And with that it seems that a single cell is more in tune with the vibe of reality than us humans with all of our complexities and our humongous brain. We have the power to be more conscious and more in tune with God and this universe than any other living thing on this planet but we somehow seem to miss the beat with that. We are that which is the BODY IN WHOLE and we have got to protect our children first and then protect the rest and all of us for that matter. We need to do this now because if we don’t our species is doomed. If when the president tries to pass a law which will simply make it harder for people with the intent to hurt others get guns, even if this law will make it harder for us all to get guns we really need to ask ourselves why we would have an issue with this. Something wrong as seriously gone a miss; we need to straighten up with this or we all are going to DIE and kill off our very world just as cancer does, we are going to be cancers to this world of ours of we can’t seem to see pass ourselves and look at the bigger picture. Love always, know that you are more than just your egos and always, always look at the bigger picture because within that bigger picture is the true YOU.

We made it! 2013!

We made it! It’s 2013 and if you are able to read this post you made it too. They said the world would end but we’re still here, and even so do we really know how much time we have left on this earth? Let’s make this year the year of the alchemist for us all. An alchemist is an individual that can turn lead or any base mental into gold so to be an alchemist in life is to be an individual that can turn something that may be happening in life that seems harsh or worthless into something of great worth and there is no more time to lose. So with this first post of many within this year I am making a plea to everyone who reads it. Make this year a year of joy no matter what it may bring. Even if the harshest of situations occur within this year learn how to turn them into something of worth and keep on moving. Simply know that everything that is to happen within this year is something that is for the purpose of joy regardless of what it is and simply look at it in that manner. The Solstice of 2012 didn’t cause the end of the world but it did cause the end of an era. We are now in a new age of things and on this side of things happiness is the way and the only way and to gain it is through love and love alone. It is up to you to decipher what that means but it isn’t that hard so within this year let’s start now and let’s turn some lead into gold. Be love!
